Which countries can you arrange delivery to?
Our partner network covers destinations in Russia and the CIS, Europe, North and Latin America, Africa, Asia and Oceania. Availability for a particular country, route and service is confirmed against your order. Expand the regions above to explore the destinations.
How much does furniture delivery from China cost?
The quote depends on the destination country and city, volume, weight, dimensions, cargo type, packaging and route. Customs procedures and additional services are considered where applicable. We need the order details and delivery destination to prepare a quote.
How long does transport take?
Timing depends on product readiness, consolidation, transport method, route and customs procedures. An estimate is agreed once the order is understood; there is no single lead time for every destination.
Can goods from different factories be combined?
Yes. We coordinate collection from different suppliers and consolidation at a partner warehouse. Cargo compatibility and the dispatch schedule are agreed in advance.
Can you deliver directly to my address?
Address delivery depends on the country, city, cargo characteristics and partner services. The final destination and receiving arrangements are agreed when the order is quoted.
How are fragile products transported?
For glass, stone, lighting and delicate furniture, we agree suitable packaging and preparation with the route in mind. The specific solution is determined before dispatch, rather than promised uniformly for every product.
What is included in the international delivery cost?
Only the services agreed for your order: transport, preparation, packing, consolidation and, where required, customs procedures and other costs. Duties and taxes are included only when explicitly covered by the agreed quotation.
Which documents will I need?
Requirements depend on the destination, cargo and recipient’s status. Before the order is placed, we confirm the necessary information and documents with the logistics partner. DDP availability and included procedures are confirmed separately.
